MM Architects is a full-service architectural firm located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania serving clients throughout Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. Maryann Marotta and A. Donald Main, the firm’s principal architects, founded the firm in July 2001. Combining over 40 years of experience at other firms in the region, Maryann and Donald started MM Architects with the shared vision to operate the firm around the principal of ‘architectural practicum’; a hands-on, collaborative approach to design that involves the practical application of architectural theory.
